English rasberries from the Wilkin Estates at Tiptree, Essex, where we have been growing fruit since the 1800s. These fresh, berries are hand-picked, then sent seven miles down the road to our friends, Hayman's, in Witham. Hayman's have an artisan still where they make traditional London Dry Gin. Our berries are rested in the gin, and the result is this delicious gin liqueur, offering bright, clean strawberry notes with a crisp background of juniper. Enjoy sipped straight over ice, add your favourite mixer for a rather fruity gin spritzer, or get creative with cocktails. We like to add a dash to Prosecco for a cheeky Little Rasberry Royale. Whether sipped, shaken, or stirred; it's sublime.
Our gift set includes our most popular flavour Gin Liquer and a re-usable high quality wooden crate with a whitewash style finish. A very unique and thoughtful gift.
NOTE: the minimum age to order this item is 18 years of age. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor under the Licensing Act 2003 if you are under the age of 18. We employ the Challenge 25 policy.
The Wilkin family have been fruit farming at Tiptree, Essex, since the 1800s and still grow a wide range of traditional English varieties. Our crops are hand-picked, and include strawberries, plums, apples and cherries, rasberries and damsons.
We grow in a sustainable manner, engaging the community in our long term approach.
The Hayman family, local gin-makers since 1863, use a blend of natural botanicals to create their traditional London Dry Gin. Each small batch is crafted in their artisanal copper still, named ‘Marjorie’ after Grandmother Hayman. Tiptree berries are rested in the spirit to imbue their beautifully rich fruit notes.
