If you change your mind, email us or come back into the store, within 14 days of your order for a Full Refund.
For stock items "Off The Peg"* your 14 days begins upon Receipt of Goods.
For non-stock items "Special Orders"* your 14 days begins at Time of Payment.
If you bought your items on the Web;
• We'll send you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and you then have 14 days to return them.
• Upon safe receipt of goods, we'll refund you in full for the goods.
• The only bit you don't get back is the outward delivery cost and any cost you incur in returning the goods to us.
