The Jellycat family have been around since the dawn of time…

In the beginning they were a motley crew, a rag-tag bunch always ready to have fun and play. In each new generation a single cat was crowned with a special Jelly hat - a reminder to the tribe that they should treasure play and share joy with others.

Finally in 1999, the ninth generation of cat (the number nine is special to cats) founded Jellycat Studios in London - soon they were spreading their message of play and joy around the globe.

The ninth cat is Jellycat Jack! So to mark the 25th anniversary of founding Jellycat Studios, he is touring the world to tell his story.
