I don't usually have the patience to leave reviews, but this company was so accommodating, I just had to. On visiting their shop in London last weekend, I was tempted by a mid-century Danish desk, but assumed the delivery charge would outweigh its value, as I live in Inverness. Unfounded! After Noah not only delivered it free of charge, but I had it by the end of the week!
All packaging removed and recycled.
Stock Items - 2-3 weeks to Delivery.
Made to order items - 7-9 weeks manufacturing time plus 14 days Delivery.
As quick as the Same Day or another Nominated Day to suit you. Saturdays too.
Driver may need assistance on arrival.

* Next Day Post - orders before 10am dispatched same day for overnight delivery. Orders after 10am dispatched the following working day for overnight delivery. Too late? Give us a ring and we'll always try and catch the post.
* London Same Day - 1 Person delivery to Central London on the Same or Nominated Day. Saturdays and Sundays, too. *Orders before 3pm. Collections 10am - 5pm. Driver may need assistance on arrival. The transit time is dependant on traffic.
* Standard Deliveries - Are to your door only and depend on your location & courier schedule. You may need to assist the driver with larger items.
* Stock Items - Means goods in stock at the point of order or which we receive regular deliveries of.
It's easy to be wise after the event, so we hope we can help with our easy Returns Policy.
In general, if you've purchased something from our website, simply tell us by email, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, that you've changed your mind.
Once you've told us, we'll send you a returns authorisation number (RAN) and you then have a further 14 days to get them back to us.
When we've got them back, we'll refund you in full for the goods.
The only bit you don't get back is the outward delivery cost and any cost you incur in returning the goods to us. However, we will refund your postage or delivery costs if your delivery arrived damaged, broken or otherwise not working.
There are some situations where this returns policy doesn't apply. e.g. Special Orders, ex-display items & seasonal goods.
