Description
Square, teak, extending dining table, manufactured by Skovby, Denmark. Most probably made in the 1970s.
This excellently compact dining table is a square shape when closed and extends to a rectangle. The table has two leaves, not stored within the table, so that you have the option of three different sized tables. When closed, the table comfortably sits four, and fully extended it can easily sit eight people. The table top is teak veneer on engineered board, with a solid teak moulded edge, and rounded corners. The top sits on a solid teak, split pedestal base with quadripartite legs; to extend the table, the column pulls apart to better support the larger top.
