Simple and stylish two pedestal teak desk, designed and made in the middle of the twentieth century.
The desk’s top is teak veneer on engineered board, finished with a solid teak edge. The desk has two pedestals, each with three drawers, as well as a central drawer over the kneehole. The drawer has teak veneered fronts, machine dovetailed joints and are mahogany lined; the top of each drawer features a solid teak lip which forms a sweeping handle. The pedestals are suspended between the solid teak, shaped legs, and the carcass of the whole piece is finished with a teak veneer. The desk is finished at the back and so can sit in the middle of, or facing a room.
This stylish desk will fit perfectly within mid-century, Danish modern, and contemporary design schemes.
